Honda — Defective model of honda wrv is given | |
I have bought a car of honda wrv in 2018. After few months in rainy season, i came across with a problem of water collecting into my car towards the footress of driver side near clutch, break and gear. I complaint about it in honda and given it for check. They charged me for 4030 rs and gave me the assurance of rectification but just after 3 months of the service, i came across with the same problem. I complaint for it again and they did the same procedure, took my car, services it and return to me back saying that they have rectified the problem as well as tested it for same. They also gave me the certificate of my complaint have been rectified completely and i won't face it again. And now i'm here with the same complaint 3 days back. If i'm facing such a huge problem within 2 years after buying a new car then this absolutely means that honda has provided me with a defective model as they themselves aren't able to solve the issue after trying it again and again and they are just doing fake promises of problem being rectified. I am looking for a full claim of my money that i spent on this car as it is completely a defective model. The only reason of buying car is getting away from rains but i'm here with the water inside my car. Please look into this matter and also i have all the details of services and payments with me if any further detail is required. Was this information helpful? | |
