[Resolved]  Honda — Defective vehicle given

I have purchased Honda Dio from VAISHNAOI HONDA Showroom, Kondapur, Hyderabad on JAN 11th, 2014.
Person named 'Srinivas' spoke with me and made the deal successfull.
From the very next day I heard rattling noise coming from my vehicle which was not usual. To confirm whether it is the problem with my vehicle alone or with all other new vehicles, I have taken a test drive on one of my friends vehicle who purcheased just a week ago. Later after the test drive I realised that the problem is not normal and it is comin from my vehicle alone. The noise is coming from my vehicle now and then but very unusual kind of noise.
I went to the VAISHNAOI HONDA Showroom on 19th JAN, 2014 just after one week of purchase and after examining my vehicle for a week. I reported the problem to the Technician there and technician after testing it said that there is no problem in my vehicle and it was perfect.
I again waited for a week and noticed that the noise is becoming more and more. I again visited VAISHNAOI HONDA Showroom on 27th JAN, 2014 and complained about my problem to 'Mr.Praveen' who is the In charge of the showroom. He assured me that the problem would be rectified and called his technician and made my vehicle repaired. 'Mr.Praveen' said that the problem was rectified and gave my vehicle back BUT on the same I heard the noise from my vehicle again. The problem was still persisting.
The next on 28th JAN, 2014 I spoke to 'Mr.Hari Hara Prased' who is the manager and explained him again what the problem is. Response from Manager was worst and had said that 'If you get the problem again and again, he said we will rectify the problem again and again but can do nothing' which signifies how much inefficient these showroom people are. When I asked how times should I visit your showroom when the problem is repeating again and again he replied saying that "We will drop you at your office get bike repaired and again pick you up from your office". Response from the manager and not at all satisfactory.
He called his Senior technician this time 'Mr.Nagaraju' and asked him to rectify the problem and get my vehicle repair done. I explained the whole problem to 'Mr.Nagaraju' took my vehicle, examined my vehicle and said that there is problem with the TAPPIDS and said that it would take a day to rectify this problem.
My vehicle was in the showroom for one whole day and I received my vehicle on the next day on 29th JAN, 2014.
Manager and technician said that now the problem is rectified and that noise will not be there. But then from the next day again NOISE started.
This time I have called HONDA CUSTOMER CARE on 30th JAN, 2014and spoke 'Ms.Vaishali' and logged a complained stating all what happened and asked them to take immediate action. I had to skip office hours and go to the showroom regularly which was so stressful as it was my brand NEW vehicle.
Later on 31st JAN, 2014 the same technician came along with few others and brought 2 others new test drive vehicles. They said 'Once drive these vehicles and let us know whether the problem is there' . I have drove the vehicle and was no noise coming from them where as noise was coming from my vehicle.
A person named "Mr.Nadeem" who is the Head of HONDA showroom called me and said that the problem would be rectified.
They again promised me this time that my problem would be rectified else I can approach higher authorities for replacement. They have taken my vehicle and kept my vehicle for 3 days and drove around 50KM and brought back my vehicle 3rd FEB, 2014 after examining again for 3 days.
On 3rd FEB, 2014 person named Service Manager 'Mr.Mohan' came along with technician 'Mr.Nagaraju' stating that the problem is rectified and would not occur again and if the problem still persists they said you can come to showroom with the vehicle and that it would be replaced talking with higher authorities.
A the problem is not yet rectified On 8th Feb I again visited VAISHNAOI HONDA Showroom but this 'Mr.Mohan' surprising said that they didn't repair my bike and also asked me show me the problem which they already know.
I was clueless when he asked such questions when the technician who repaired my bike said that there is problem with the vehicle and he himself repaired in front of him. But manager was not willing to talk with technician and regarding this anymore instead he was stressing on to tell what is the problem which is already knows.
I again called Customer Care on 8th Feb, 2014 and explained them and said that I wanted my vehicle replaced as it is a defective vehicle which was given to me. I still get the noise from my vehicle even today.
On 10th FEB I received a call from 'Mr Susanth' and also the Managing director of VAISHNAOI HONDA saying that my vehicle is perfect and has no problem and I will get it repaired again.
Despite of multiple repairs, problem is not yet rectified and even today it is still persisting.
HONDA Showroom people are ridiculous, do not respond properly and they have given me a MANUFACTURING DEFECT vehicle and after a lot of struggle I am approaching CONSUMER COURT for Justice.
