Honda Dio — Speedometer and fuel indicator not working for new vehicle

Hello, I have ordered Honda dio from Peeyem Honda (www.peeyemhonda.com) . Just after delivery it didn't start and they changed the battery from the showroom it self. Afte that i found new vehicle's Speedometer and fuel indicator not working. The show room owners were really pushing me to take the defective vehicke, But I didn't take it from the show room. Please advice what should I do.
