Honda Dream Yuga — Mileage about 32 km per litre

I have bought this bike from Prema Honda, Patna in May 2012 with frame no. ME4JC583EC8001291. I think this bike which I bought is defective. From beginning the mileage is very low about 32-34 km per litre. On 04/11/ 15, I make paid service from Bhibuti Automobiles Pvt Ltd. DN Singh Road, Honda Showroom, Bhagalpur. The showroom assure me that mileage will increase after servicing. Now complaining, it is said I can't do any this in this matter. Please take it personally.
