Honda — Grievance regarding service | |
My name is Gagan Soni r/o house no. 542 sector 13, Hisar. I'm an advocate. I have a Honda City car 2015 model bearing no HR20AD0168. I had given my car for service and check up of AIR CONDITIONER of my car to joy Honda dealership Hisar, Haryana, India on 14/5/2021. They have changed my clutch box and shocker and made bill of 31000. There I came to know that there is fault in plate of compressor of AC. Service manager told me that you should required to change whole AC compressor. When I have only fault of plate and rest of parts is in good state then why should I change my whole AC compressor. Even when part was available there in showroom (the plate). Customer is not forced to change its whole body part if something is damaged. This is against consumer law. For this not only the dealer but also the Honda car managing director also liable for acting against the law and interest of a customer. So it is my humble request to you registered my greviance and take necessary action against this dealership otherwise I forced to file a civil suit for damages and negligence.
