Honda — Honda Amaze complaint | |
Dear sir / mam Hope you are doing good!!! I am writing to you in context to Honda Amaze that i have purchased in year 2020 from Prakash Honda. As heard from a lot about the quality and performance of honda vehicles, i had purchased Honda Amaze in March 2020. Not even a year passed and i have been facing a lot of issues with your product. The experience of honda with me have been the worst since i am driving cars. In just 12000kms run, the vehicle has started promoting a series of complaints which were never expected from the reviews i got. In just 3rd service there were multiple malfunctions in the parts used in the vehicle. These parts are: 1) damaged bearings 2) front and rear side noises 3) give box and dashboard noises 4) damged brake pads How is it possible that the brake pads and bearings were damaged in just 12000kms. This clearly shows the quality of parts used in the car. If honda is there in the market to provide such third class parts in their vehicles, then it should discontinue this business and must move on with local spare parts business with low quality and low prices. Adding into it the workshop does not have the required stock of the parts to be replaced because of which i have face a lot inconvenience. What is the fun of spending lacs of rupees to purchase such cars even after which the customer has to take support of local busses and taxis. Moreover the car is making noises like a tractor. The company is providing 3years warranty but the parts are getting damaged witin 8 or 9 months and what after 3years, who will pay for the bearings and all other nonsense defects every year as till now your parts quality is reflecting that they wont work for more than a year or not even one year infact. This time also i have paid for the bearing from my pocket. I would like to mention that i am working with an MNC and i will recommend all my networks across the states to not to buy any honda vehicle if my issue is not resolved and my money for these defects is not refunded. Moreover i will float this issue over all the social media if no urgent action is taken against it. I urgently require a strict action against it otherwise i ll file a complaint in consumer court. Or i want the company to take back the vehicle as i do not want such third class vehicle full of malfunctions and complaints. I cant always be bussy in its maintainence and cant waste my hard earned money in such nonsense defects. Kindly take an urgent action and provide me an on call assistance for the same issue.
