Honda — Honda city 2017 infotainment system not covered by warranty though problem started within 3 years | |||
My infotainment system started giving problem within 2 years. I had gone to the service center for it and they did a factory setting of the system without logging my complaint in December 2019. it worked for a while but started giving problem again. The lockdown ensued and after the lock down, I visited the victory honda service center at Ranchi and they made no effort to register my complaint under the special situation and said it would cost me around twenty thousand rupees for it. the touch screen is not responsive. I wrote a mail but there was no response from there end. Its such a disappointment regarding post sale service of Honda city. This is the last time I will or let anyone in my family to buy a Honda.
