I have a 2017 pearl white Honda City and the paint just started flaking off slowly when I given my car for service to courtsey honda, wazirpur, Delhi noticed in Feb. 2020 i pointed out my complaint and they assured it will be set right. I used to compalint on yr customer care and the most uncourteous people at courtsey honda give me assurance. Now suddenly after completion of warranty period they replied “we have forward your vehicle case regarding this issue, but this is not a manufacturing defect." It means colour flaking in short period of about 2 years is not d responsibility of the company. Apart from this my complaint of front bumper alignment (complaint made within 24 hrs of its purchase) is not resolved till date. Stereo of my vehicle is replaced about 6 times.Verbally they admit there is an issue with paint adhering in the white pearl. But now refusing to set it right. This is a known defect and should be fixed. Please look into my all complaints. The Staff attending with the complaint at courtsey honda is not courteous at all. Please, look at the earliest otherwise i have no option other than to move cousumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||
