I am owner of honda city 4th generation. The stereo is not working. lodged complaint on 4th August 2020 and subsequently on 13 th August 2020. The complaint no is 1_[protected]. i contacted customer care twice. Since last three months the agency as well as the company have standard reply that the spare part has been ordered . There is communication as to when the part would be available. Even the company is not helping the matters and looking into the matter seriously. It is really very insensitive and unprofessional on the part of such a reputed company. The customer care executives are not even telling me whom to approach nor are they telling me when would my complaint be resolved. Was this information helpful? | |
