I faced the issue with ac after the service done in malwa honda . Bahal garh. Sonipat haryana. After the regular car service, and i came home with my car. Tgere is a sound in compressor “kat kat” . I informed the service department of honda that my car have voice. And why it is happening. They said me to come to malwa honda service at bahalgarh. But next day my ac stopped working after the 1.5 hours drive. I gone to honda that my ac is not working after the 1.5 hr drive. And every-time this is happening with me. they told me to left the car in the service centre . And asked me for two days to resolve the issue. I said ok. After two days i get my car back. I drives only 5 km . And ac stopped working . I again gone to honda service station . After 2-3 hours they told me that your issue is resolved now your car ac is ok. But again i came home . In between the the ac stopped working. I stopped driving with that car . But i informed the honda to solve my issue but they again said me to come to service centre. Again i gone there on 10. 10.2021. They told me that some of ac part not working you need to pay nearly 10000 inr to solve this issue. I agreed and said ok. But next day they told me that each part of the ac unit need to be changed costing 52000 inr. I don’ t know why. They did mistake at the time of service. And fault from there side. And again again they harassing me to visit there and hiking the price of service charge in the name of part of the car.
Kindly help me regarding this to solve this issue. Still the car in the malwa honda and issue is not resolved yet. Also they harassed me a-lot. Kindly punish them and das the fault done by there side . They must need to correct it by free of cost
