Honda — Honda city infotainment system not replaced.

Address:Landmark Honda,No 3/8, Jamnagar - Rajkot Hwy, Hapa, Gujarat 361001

So, I bought a honda city 2018-19 model from a colleague and the infotainment system's touchscreen was not working properly.
So I went to honda landmark service station to get it replaced as it is under warranty.
But it's been over a month now and they haven't still answer that if they'll replace it or not.
Please help me through this and do the needful.
