Honda — honda city v petrol variant-2019 digipad issue | |||
Dear sir/madam, As a honda customer, i am very much satisfied with honda city car with the traveling comfort and engine performance. But i had a bitter experience from honda, kindly spend some time to read this mail. On 7th july-2019, i purchased honda city v petrol-2019 version from vision honda, cochin, kerala dealership (2019, honda city, v petrol). Unfortunately, the vehicle's digi-pad is not working satisfactorily because while we are moving to the reverse gear the screen is getting blank with white color and it will not return in normal state. We need restarting to reach the system into a normal state. I raised the complaint and shared the image/videos with vision honda, cochin, kerala dealership. Their detailed response i will note down below, 1. They checked the vehicle, they can't able to re-create the issue. And they suggest me to share the video of the same issue to the respective customer relations employee. 2. As they discussed, i shared the video of the re-created issue on sept - 2019 3. When i called them they said like, they will raise the issue as a complaint to honda and it will be replaced under warranty. 4. Within one year, approx date july 1st 2020, i called them and asked about the update. They said like, they will troubleshoot the digi-pad. And i have the mail proof from vision honda saying that they will service and assemble the part in 15 days of time. 5, as per the agreement, i gave the vehicle, and they removed the digi-pad and sent it for troubleshooting. Unfortunately, today it's two months after there is not update or reply from their side. And it's very frustrating that i am using the vehicle with a hole in my driver cabin, they are always saying like part is not available and the vendor is not supporting I would appreciate it if you could organize to resolve my complaint on time. I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by[protected], i will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the department of commerce or through the courts.
