I have visited Honda service center on 3rd of Oct'21. Today is 13 Oct'21. My car is in Honda Service Workshop - Eternal Honda Bareilly since 10 days & Honda workshop is not able to rectify it. As per Honda tech line investigation there is some internal issue with the engine. My car is in warranty & to make this case on chargeable service, after 7 days now workshop is saying that there is water inside engine due to which they will not treat it under warranty. By the way I have given my Car for service in good running start condition, As there was no report of water or any traces on first day of service in my presence, how come water appreared after 7-8 days. This is just to delay and make customer frustrated indirectly forcing customer to pay money. This type of conduct is not expected from Honda car. Also to mention that Honda Managers are not listening to my points and treating this case as one sided. I request them to replace/rectify the car & return to me in good Condition.
