My new honda connect was not working for more than 3 months.
Lodged the complaint with Honda with complaint number 960670.
I called customer care more than 20 times and send email more than 12 times. There is no response from HONDA. When we call Honda connect customer care they always says "sir there is no response from internal team" or "the issue will be resolved soon" .They are not able to give any concrete date to resolve the issue .
.Nobody is bothered to resolve the customer complaints nor to reply to the emails. I have nevere seen this kind of poor customer service Was this information helpful? |
