Honda — I am complaint about Honda City V music system screen | |||
Screen of my car music system is observed with leakage off some liquid inside. I bought my car in April 2017 and I have extended warranty of my car. Problem in car music system observed since I bought the car. Once the music system is changed or repaired. I complaint regarding this to Honda car service center multiple time but no any actions taken. They replied that this is due to some internal damage to the music system. I give my car for the service only in Honda car service station since purchase of my car. Within a 3 years of purchase of car this problem is arise. When I was discussed the problem with service center of Honda cars they replied that this is the problem with all Honda cars manufactured during period of 2017. Is this a valid answer from Honda cars? I required satisfactory solution of my problem and believe that Honda cars always give important to customer satisfaction. I complaint multiple times to Honda car service center but satisfactory solution is not given. I always give my car for the service to Honda car service center, Near Bopal Approach, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. My car number is GJ 1 RX 0776. Was this information helpful? | |||
