Influenced by Honda trade name, placed order for a mini tiller Agritool APMT 52. vide prepaid order no. 246. DTD. 20th October 2020. Received email confirming "out for delivery" on 20th October.
After several emails, got reply stating they have registered complaint and are following with their agent.
Later follow-ups with emails to Mr Jasper Co-founder & MD and to Adithya an official is sadly disappointing.
Ecwid, their Business power partner replied by mail confirming several complaints on Honda Innovative not supplying goods to customers.
Now the company can either supply the ordered mini tiller or Refund Prepaid amount Rs.6400/- rupees Six thousand four hundred.
