I have made a payment of Rs.5190 to Honda innovative for purchase of Honda Brush Cutter on[protected] through Payu. You have confirmed that They have received the payment but failed to deliver the product. I have already written to you for further inquiry and either report fraud or make arrangements to refund my amount.
You have now initiated to restrict my transactions. Instead it would have been prudent to inquire and do justice to me.

Please file complaint against merchant and ask refund as you have not received product. It happened to me as well . I have filed online fir against merchant and also stopped payment from bank.
