Honda Innovative — Online order taken and product not delivered

I have cheated by a online product selling company which name is Honda innovative, Iotder a car washer order no is 832 and paid full payment of rs 3500 since one month i am waiting of product sine one month, company is neither reply on mail nor picking phone, now a days both site and contact no is not in working it seems it is fake site please help
