Hi,

This is prasad harke.
I had purchased two wheeler honda shine sp with hard cash rs. 73, 594
From dealer true honda, osmanabad (Maharashtra, india) on 12 march 2017.
But the dealer still not giving me vehicle number and rto tax
Receipt. They had taken my bike two times in rto for passing, but still passing
Has not done. I enquired in rto, whether passing process is done or not for my bike,
But rto are telling, your vehicle passing is not done.

If i ask to dealer for the reasons, they are only telling your number will come
In 7 days or 15 days like that only.
And they are talking very rudely, especially that owner mr. Waghamare.
Initially they even not given me any kind of document of vehicle.
They given me invoice in june month.

Even i registered a complaint (Ticket no: 1-[protected]) about this in honda customer care on 1st june 2017,
And its more than 2 months today, but they are also telling the same that you will get the vehicle number soon.
They are not taking any action on that dealer.

Today its more than 6 months, but i haven't got vehicle number.
And i don't able to use that bike.

I have attached the vehicle receipt and invoice to this email.

I am very very frustrated for purchasing this honda bike.
So, please tell me what action need to be taken.
