[Resolved]  Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. — regarding illegal charges in bill during free service/warranty of Bike

It is very sad to say that service centre of your Honda dealers i.e. Swrup Honda and Race Honda in East Delhi charging illegal amount in bill in free service/warranty period. On 20.12.2013, I went to service centre of Race Honda at Patpargant, East Delhi for 2nd free service and for some complaint in Honda Dream Neo Bike( Registration No. DL 7S BT 2449). Besides servive, my complaint was for low average, stoping of bike at red light and for hardness in Handle. In bill, race Honda charged Rs.751.00 in which labour charges Rs.150/- plus other charges for cleaning the engine (excluding tax and engine oil). Please tell me what is the meaning of free service and warranty. If customer complaint in warranty period then the complaint should be resolved free of cost. But your service center openly taking illegal charges. Please take appropriate action against the service center and convey them meaning of free service/warranty. Also refund me the excess charges taken by the Race Honda Service Center as early as possible.
