Honda Motors — Defective Vehicle - has manufacturing defects

I purchased a Honda Activa from Unique Automobiles, Burdwan on 28th September, 2014 for my father who is a senior citizen by age. Right after the purchase of this scooter we were facing problems with the battery and the kick start. When the problem is taking place the scooter is becoming entirely immobile. The service center was not even ready to attain the problem visiting my place asking my father to take the immobile scooter at the service center. Rude service persons didn't pay any attention to my request to do a permanent solution as the same problem kept repeating time again. Then I decided to write to the top management of Honda and described the issue. As a customer I sincerely hoped escalating the matter to the highest level will definitely going to sort things out but I am really proved to be wrong as there is no improvement in service quality after intimating them about the issue twice when it happened 3 times within the time of 2 months. No permanent solution is been done by the service center, as if they are buying my warranty period by doing temporary fix. I tried contacting the service manager, but he is neither available at the service center to talk F2F nor picking up phones at his number +91-[protected]. Service center is not providing me the proper root cause or explanation for my problem and even they r not mentioning this problem in any job sheet or bill (is it for making sure that customer don't have any proof).During the last service unique honda has replaced the faulty battery with a old battery without any intimation. Currently that replaced whole battery is also not working and my scooter is entirely dead. Kick start is also not working. This issue has taken a toll on my father Mentally and Psychologically. After co-operating for so long and keeping faith on your action I lost all the patience I had and want the below resolutions at the earliest: Take the scooter from my home for repair or replace ASAP Proper and Permanent resolution of my problem with both battery and kick start Replace the faulty items or whole scooter if necessary and test it with properly trained service person before handing over the scooter to me once again. As I will not put up with any such frequent breakdown Extension of the warranty is must because of the frequent problem I am facing and not getting proper attention from the service center. I don't want my hard earned money to be wasted over the pre-existing problem of my scooter
