Honda — Music system complaint | |||
Dear sir/mam, Good afternoon, I bought a City automatic car from apco honda calicut in January 2018.(registration number-KL 11 BK 4747 and VIN is MAKGM662JHN301651) By the time a year is up, in 2019, it's music system got complaint. I got it replaced as it has warrenty. But unfortunately a year later, in 2020, the system started showing complaints again. When I contacted the service center, I was told that the company would only replace it once. I'm disappointed with the company's position that the system should be replaced at my own expense while the warrenty lasts until January -12 - 2021. I kindly request you to find a solution to this problem by changing the system once again before the warrenty expires on January 12th. Was this information helpful? | |||
