This is Shibu Paul from Asansol, West Bengal. I Want to share and make a complaint with the respective dealer (VEER ENTERPRISE, Dealer Code: WB03AC02) from where I purchased a Scooty Eight (8) Months ago.
Although this is my first ever experience with HONDA, and I felt ashamed to say that this is my worst experience ever in my life. I purchased a Honda Activa 6G Deluxe (Chasis No. ME4JF914MLW240540, Engine No. JF91E-W[protected] on 18th December 2020 (Challan Copy attached) from Veer Enterprise, having dealer code: WB03AC02, Argho Commercial Plaza, Burnpur Road, opp of Rabindra Nagar Club, Asansol, West Bengal.
My complaint is that I didn't receive neither number plate nor RC Book yet even after taking so many follow ups. As you can see i have got the MV TAX Paper on 6th of July 2021 (Copy Attached). Whenever I asked for my RC, they said it will come after a few days. They said the same thing every time. After facing so much harassment by Traffic Police, I am making this complaint to you. Services, Behavior from every staff is fine but I am only making this complaint just because of Number Plate and RC Book.
Kindly note why this kind of delay is happening & Why customers like us have to face these kinds of harassment. Usually every showroom takes 2-3Months to issue Number Plate or RC but I haven't got both yet even after 8th Months of Purchasing. I am attaching ref docs herewith for your kind reference. I hope you will understand my problem & you will take necessary steps regarding this.
