On 9.7.2020 i did service in maansarovar automobile pvt ltd.. Porur. I instructed to do general service and do ac service fully because ac not working properly. And also instructed not to do foam wash to the interior because new seat is replacedto the interior during that time only. On 11.7.2020 i take back my car they return it very late to me and also urge me to pay the amount of rs 22215. I paid that amount, later only i noticed that they put the 2000 for foam wash to the interior. Because of lock down i couldn't able to come and ask. On 28.7.2020i drive the car to the nearest place of my house with my child and it's completely off. I waited for 3hours in the road with my child. I called one mechanic, he checked and he said that there was no coolant and he poured some water and make it started to help us to reach home... For this coolant replacement they put separate cost and it's specified in bill. On 29.7 2020i came to the showroom asked regarding this issue they made me wait till 4.33pm from morning 10am. Me and my child waited without having any food because of their mistakes. Later they came and told that there was problem in ac again i have to pay rs 9885... Please take action against service manager and service advisor santhoshkumar and service department because not done service properly even not did coolant replacement. They completely cheated us...
