Honda — Owner Manual | |||
I have purchased CB Unicorn from Rajindra Honda (babarpur, shahdra, delhi) on 30-jun-2014. Till the date I haven't received my owner manual and service book. I have complained in Honda motors for the same on 17 july and my complaint number is q-170662. After logging complaint they answered it will resolved with in 2-3 days. But till the date no solution has been done. Even now i am calling to their customer care no one is picking the call at any time I have tried almost 20 times. Was this information helpful? | |||

Today, i again call Customer care. but again no solution. They are not giving a time frame or target date to get my owner book. it a shame for Company like Honda a poor sale service. They are playing with my passions. I will wait for few days more after that no other option left except the consumer court.
