Honda — Poor front suspension Quality - Honda Amaze 2019

It is painful to reporting the same issue again & again still Honda knows this problem is there in several Honda Amaze.

i bought my car from Honda Aspen showroom located on O.P Road in Vadodara on 27th march 2019. i appreciate the engine quality of Honda but in terms of suspension quality specially front suspension they are such an inferior. after running of 1500kms it started making weird noises (feels like your tyre assembly will come out if my car pass through big pot hole). i visited their service center and they have inspected my car and said to keep my car for this issue on 10000kms service its not a big issue and suggested to keep my car at showroom for diagnosis. after keeping my car for a week on 10000kms service they finally decided to change lower arms in warranty. now car is running well but again after running[protected]kms the problem was started.

i approached Honda Gopinathji service center in Makarpura GIDC, Vadodara. at 30000kms service i have raised this query again and they said its a minimal issue we will check and fix this issue.

they have done nothing at that time. i again visited their showroom just after running 3000kms approx. they said we will change lower arms and bushings in warranty and they did it. again problem solved and car was running well for further 5000kms and started making noises after that.

at last i have raised the same query on 6th Feb 2021. Honda customer care raised a complaint and same way i have received a call from local Honda service center. they said "yes, we have only solution is to change lower arms and will do it".

i think Honda has to find some proper solution for this or else i have to keep changing this item in 5 years warranty period and after that i have to pay big amount for every 10000kms service. in past i have driven Hyundai, Nissan & Maruti as well but never faced this type of issue in any of the car even after running 1 lakh kms.

i put TRUST in Honda's Quality and bought this car but i think i made a WRONG decision.

THE PRBLEM IS UNRESOLVED.
