Honda — Poor tyre quality and human life threat

Already wrote earlier when my Honda city HR98E 9573 was 2 months old regarding tyre burst issue and got no adequate solution to the issue.

Now again within 1 year of car purchase one more tyre got burst.

Undergone the same process of reporting at Honda Service center and waiting for the Bridgestone survey report, after 3 days received the same reply.

Please find below the reply and my queries-

Damage observation : Sidewall Cut-Penetration
Damage description: A localized rupture on the sidewall area.
Damage analysis:
1- When the sidewall portion of the tyre gets hit by some sharp and hard external object, then the outer sidewall rubber, polyester plies, and inner liner gets cut.- Unable to understand why always left side front tyre got hit by some sharp object. Also incase it got hit, then the damage should be tear type not localized.
2- Impact with an external object - Not clear at all, only a statement. No proof and evidence as well.
3- Damage by kerb or pothole. - Then Honda should mention clearly, that there cars are not manufactured for Indian roads.
4- Misapplication. - Again only a statement. Is the surveyor wants to say that car was used for flying instead of driving on road.
5- Wrong tyre or rim size selection- Sorry to say this statement clearly raise question to Honda because the rim size or tyre is company fitted and no tempering was done. This is completely manufacturing/design/quality which is the prime reason behind bursting of tyre as per the surveyor.
5- Improper inflation or overloading may aggravate such damage.- Again an assumption, 2 days back only filled up the tank and checked the tyre pressure. Only myself travelling to office while this incident happened.
6- Failure may occur at the time of impact, or in some cases at any time after the impact.- Only rubbish statement.

Even service center people and other tyre dealer is highlighting the fact regarding design fault of this perticular make of Bridgestone .
Further also came to know that Honda is going for different tyre brand in place of Bridgestone for new vehicles.

This car is of yours is completely unsafe as tyre burst issue may happen at any time irrespective of road or any condition and is threat to human life.

Sorry to say as per my thought Honda is going to meet the same fate as of Ford in India due to the quality of car and the response towards consumer issues.

This time will definitely highlight this issue in social media and consumer court for deficiency in service.
