Honda — Refund amount not paid

Address:Dakshin Honda,No 97, 1A, Hosur Road, Singasandra, Hal Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068

I have paid 5000 towards Pre booking amount for New Honda Amaze Facelift on July 26th 2021from Dakshin Honda Singasandra Showroom. Due to some documents issue I have withdrawn from purchasing the car. In fact of repetitive request for refund the Dakshin Honda Singasandra Bangalore showroom have not process the payment. As per policy, the showroom has to pay the refund within 15 days to the customer. Till now, they have not refund my money. Its been a month now the payment not credited to my account.
