[Resolved]  Honda — Regarding Jam type frictional/vibrational jerk while driving (Honda Activa HET).

FROM Ravindra G. Marbate 80 B, Bhosale Nagar, Nagpur -24 Respected Sir/Madam, I am herewith stating that I purchased a two-wheeler Honda Activa (SCV110D), Colour PS White, bearing Frame No. ME4JF501 BE7605513, Engine no. JF50E70605565 on 30/03/2014(delivery date) from dealer TAJSHREE AUTOWHEEL PVT.LTD., TAJSHREE VERSHA, 9 DEO NAGAR, KHAMLA ROAD, NAGPUR -15 in the name of the my wife DARSHANA MARBATE on 30/3/2014 . While driving the above said two- wheeler some jam type of frictional/vibrational jerk is found at constant speed of 30km/hr to 40km/hr and also at lowering down as well as exceed the speed above 40km/hr from the vehicle . Immediately I told about the problem to the dealer from where I purchased the vehicle. But, they (dealer and service manager) advised me that this is the common problem found in 75 vehicles out of 100 vehicles of this model, you drive your vehicle for some km then it will automatically solved. But problem is not solve and again felled the same problem prominently while driving. So, that I admitted the two-wheeler to TAJSHREE AUTOWHEEL PVT.LTD., TAJSHREE VERSHA, 9 DEO NAGAR, KHAMLA ROAD, NAGPUR -15 on dated 5/4/2014 to 7/4/2014 (three days)They made some repair and told that the problem is due to the belt based system and step gear system of the model vehicle and insisted me to run the two-wheeler some kilometers for its smooth functioning. The first admission of the two-wheeler was made by “other” category job card entry. But I know there is some problem in the vehicle. Because of the same problem again I went to the dealer and admit the vehicle through job card No. 0034285. Since from the day till today (29/4/2014) the vehicle is with dealer’s service station/Showroom. I requested to dealer to change the vehicle or returned my money immediately. Meanwhile according to them (Dealer and his service team) they call the company engineer to solve this problem and engineer said there is no such problem. But they do not give any explanation in writing, what action taken by the company engineer?, which explanation had been given by company engineer to this particular problem, how that problem will solve etc. Then they again insisted me to run the two-wheeler some kilometers for its smooth functioning. Several times I went and approached them to change my vehicle or return my money. Each time they denied to repay or change my two- wheeler .Still my two- wheeler is in above said Honda showroom. If the problem is in the engine then isn’t there the possibility of its exchange with a new one. Due to this, I am wasting my valuable time and create a unnecessary mental stress. Therefore I request you to rectify my problem by the replacement of my vehicle or repay my money as soon as possible and keep the prestige of your company name.
