This is to share the ever worst experience i have faced in any product that i have received after its service. i really do not know if it will be useful or not. my car met with an accident on 13/05/2022 and it was moved to the body shop on the very next day. first of all, i received the car back only after 4 months(09/09/2022-to be precise). i had contacted the concerned section frequently and escalated the issue to the customer care but really was of not use. i gave the car with minimum 10 litre petrol and received back empty. explanation i got was they used the vehicle multiple times for trial run. so my next question is, didnt they notice that my fog lamp is not working? or didnt they notice that water leakage is happening from the AC vent? i did not give the car for that issues because, they would take another 2 months for resolution. my iphone data cable was inside the car when i gave for repair which i did not receive back. as iam also working in service sector i know how customers are treated which i did not get from your side, a single percent. in short i am really disappointed with the service and care given for myself and my car.
