Honda — Service and claim | |||
I have send my Honda city car with Registration no. RJ 33 CA 2257 for accidental work and service of 10, 000km interval at Autokam Honda, Kota(Rajasthan) on 10/08/2021. I am highly disappointed with every thing they have done 1.) the body and paint work they have done. 2.) claim settlement, even after having cashless and nil depreciation insurance from their company I have to pay for my genuine claim. 2.) the service side, highly untrained and unprofessional staff they have they have. Even after having my servicing done and they fitted new brake liners brakes Of my car was not work. My whole family was travelling in that car and the car is vibrating while brakes and the brakes are not working. After all this I visited to one of your Honda services centre in Ujjain I.e Avantika Honda their I came to know that They change my original part of caliber assembly with fake/ local parts. I was not expecting this for such a reputed company like Honda Cars. Feeling heartbroken with this heart incident. My whole family’s life was in risk only because of this Autokam Honda staff members. Kindly take some strict action against them. And compensate my loss. Was this information helpful? | |||
