Honda — service station damaging cars | |||
The car met an accident due to which the RHRR door, RHFR door was damaged. The car was handed over to the service station in working condition on[protected] with a commitment to be returned within seven days. Today[protected] . I was told that the clutch is not working and needs to be replaced. However the car was handed over in working condition and clutch was also perfectly fine while giving and it had nothing to do with the damaged doors. In case the clutch is damaged due to service stations mistake, why would I bear the charges for the same. Firstly the car has not been returned even after 16 days and now they are telling me new things due to which I have been suffering. This is highly unprofessional and induces me to take the action to the court of law i.e. Consumer court. The damaged clutch is completely due to mishandling by the honda employees and would request the management to look into the same. Was this information helpful? | |||
