Honda — Service/Repairs

On the 2nd of August 2021, I dropped my HONDA Amaze VX MT Petrol at the above-mentioned workshop for the 3rd service which was due. Along with that, I requested an insurance claim for some repairs on both sides of the car. I was assured that your vehicle shall be ready within 4 to 5 days, on 5th day that is on 6th of August I called the concerned person for an update about the vehicle, to the extreme surprise I was told that the car has not still been assessed by the surveyor because we could not make a call to him as we were busy with other things. I could not understand what they were doing to my car in the workshop for 5 days. I also called the Manager at Shuhul Honda and told him not to do anything with my vehicle as I am not interested in your services anymore & Kindly send me my car back as it is. But he insisted on keeping it there only and was trying to convince me & refused to send it back. Immediately I registered a formal complaint to the company's prescribed number, My Communication ID is [protected] and can be cross-checked from your data. The operator connected me to the workshop and they apologized and pleaded not to take it further and promised me to deliver the vehicle within 2 days which after lot of arguments I agreed upon. Instead of 2 days they took 6 more days and on the 12th day, I got a phone call at around 11.00 am from the workshop that the vehicle is ready and shall delivered at my office, which was not done, then at 6:00 pm I had to arrange a driver to get my vehicle back. After receiving the car I was shocked to see that almost 50% of the mechanical job was not done and the even the washing of car was not done properly. My insurance claim was approved for left side damages and front bumper, but the left side mirror which had scratches was left as it was. My Insurance claim bill was raised to the amount of Rs. 36, 227/- plus I was asked to pay Rs. 20, 52.00 as Service Charges without any detail given in the bill for 3rd FREE SERVICE( as per the offer available at the time of purchasing the car) as service charges. I would love to see if someone will show me where these Rs. 38000/- are spent on my Car.
I had mentioned everything in detail about the mechanical and other jobs to be done in the paper sheet which I sent with my car, I had also texted to through Whatsapp the GM of Shuhul Honda (Screenshot attached).
After receiving the car I called the GM at workshop several times to convey my dissatisfaction but he did not pickup the phone even once. Such a reputed Multinational Company is not associated with this kind o[censored]nprofessional approach towards the customer. Being a Multinational company you are spoiling your reputation by having such non-professionals associated with your company... I once again repeat it was an absolutely & extremely non-professional approach from the said workshop of yours. I would like to send you some images wherein you can judge yourself the reason for my dissatisfaction. In the end I do not expect any action from your side & I am also well aware of the fact that my complaint shall go to thrash without any notice from your side Because your business shall affect a bit with initiation of any action. But I felt it was obligatory for me to write about this experience.
