Honda — Servicing at Frontier Honda | |||
Dear friends Just to share a very bad experience I had with servicing of my car Honda city. I am a very car loving person. Donât let anyone else drive my car.. one of those weirdos who treat their car like itâs a Herbie!!! So when I bought this car in 2017 I had changed from Hyundai cars to Honda and was a little sceptical. But it didnt bother me and we both looked after each other well. I am a gynaecologist so have to drive down rather crash down to the hospital even in the middle of the night so canât have my car in any trouble. Anyway this time when I gave it for servicing to Frontier Honda from where I had purchased the car it was as usual . A MR. Ramakant came to pick up the car and drop it back. I paid whatever they asked for as their servicing is expensive but no questions asked expecting a GOOD SERVICE. But then thatâs when my trouble began. There was a noise in the back wheel which wasnât there before and my AVN touch screen was dead! I called them back and went through the entire rigamarole of questions and finally got to one MR. Bharat who had serviced my car. When I told him about the problem he sent some guy down to the hospital to check and I was told that the noise needed to be checked out at the workshop and the AVN needed to be replaced costing me another 16000 rupees!!! Now that was not fair! It was in perfect working condition when I gave the car for servicing and they were responsible for messing it up! THE BEST part is that I was told to go find someone else who would repair my AVN as it was not in warranty and they could not do anything about it!!! Wow!!! When I raised a complaint I was put through to some Miss Roshni who kept me hanging for a couple of days saying she was checking on my situation etc ( which was all ###) because I had to keep calling her for updates which was the same everytime that we are waiting for revert from company!!! I usually have a lot of patience but it was my Herbie and I lost my patience and asked to speak to her incharge! Well well ! I was then connected to a Mr. Manu who was supposed to be the VP of the Frontier Honda! I thought finally he would solve my distress but he turned out to be a bigger player!!! Date after date was all I got from him too! We are checking on reverts !!! Dear God !!! I am disgusted with the way he handled the situation upto the point of being rude. So my problem still has not been resolved. Mr. Manu the so called incharge and VP of Frontier Honda was finally told by me to forget it as he could not do a damn thing about it!!! And now a friend has given me another number which I am going to call and get my car repaired! So just to warn all those good people out there who are getting their servicing done or buying cars from frontier Honda whose VP is a Mr. Manu to please beware ! I donât trust them anymore and probably will NEVER ever again buy a Honda considering my faith in the company itself has been shattered! The irony is that all through this I kept getting their messages asking me to give them a 10 on their services ! Shameless !!! Was this information helpful? | |||
