Honda Siel — Poor service and fake promise

My new honda city diesel car - vehicle no hr05am5555 had second free service on[protected] at deep honda bathinda . On my way back to home i noticed that dashboard god idol is misplaced . I informed honda service desk - mob no [protected] regarding the same and she promised to revert back . No revert came from honda so i call back and i was told that during service idol is mistakenly put in some other car and it would be returned to me with in a week . I waited then again no revert from honda . Again i called around 7 times in interval of 3 days till date and no revert regarding the idol has come so far even after the fake promises from honda service mam (Name is not known so i mentioned number earlier ) . Now she has stopped picking up call also . This is not a matter of idol but i am concerned about the services and fake promises from honda staff.

Is this the service to customers which honda claims ?

I am highly disappointed with honda staff behaviour and fake promises .
