Honda Uk — Lucky Draw

I received an email from diploma.[protected]@yahoo.in saying I won the Honda 2021 lucky draw and I'm positioned 6th among 20 winners .The reward is 600, 000 pounds and a car. And I'm asked to approve it and claim my reward with required details to [protected]@outlook.com. Is this a fraud ? I'm really concerned in giving details .
