Honda — Unethical Behaviour from bodyshop manager and staff | |||
This is to bring to your information that I had recently claimed for insurance for an accident and got work done on my Honda WRV on[protected]. My first visit was good as I just had to give my car to them but after that it has not been easy for me and mainly due to ignorant behaviour from the staff. I was promised to be updated regularly on my whatsapp but that did not work at all. I understand that the staff must be busy and so i did not bother them. I was promised the delivery of my car on[protected] and so I called the service operator Mr Hansraj for an update. He told me that the parts have been delivered that particular day and it would take 3-4 days maximum and so I waited. They didn't bother to update with the proceedings, they didn't even called once. When I called them on[protected] they told me they have sent my car for washing and that they are waiting for delivery order from the insurance company. This went for the next four days as my car was sent for washing everyday and DO was not received yet. But on[protected] I asked them in a more firm way and they asked me to talk to the manger, that he will tell me about what was happening. I simply asked them why can't he himself tell me, he told me he was filing the paperwork for the DO. It took them four days and of washing and filing for DO and after sometime he called me to get the delivery. As I went to the bodyshop, Mr. Hansraj made me wait an hour and then came to tell me that my car was still unfinished as some parts were not available. I had some work done besides the claim. They had taken payment for that and the work was not done. I told them that i will not take the delivery until it is finished but Mr. Hansraj and Mr. Girish (manager of bodyshop) insisted me to take the car and that they will themselves come to my house and fix up the remaining parts. I took an underwriting from them (enclosed) and took the delivery. The promise was made for[protected] and I still have not received the service due. I have been constantly trying to reach them, sometimes they don't bother to receive my calls and when they do, they always seem confused and tell me that "the boys have are on their way". The boys seem to have lost their way and so have Mr. Hansraj and Mr. Girish. I didn't expect such behaviour and service from such a company I believed to deliver their promise.
