Am Pankaj Singh have purchased a Car Honda City, Regn number MH02 CL 8627. 1. I met with a minor accident on 23 April and gave my car for repairs at Honda City Service Station Wagholi. 2. No work done so far and I have been given an estimate of Rs 1, 70, 000. The estimate given by local service station is Rs 40, 000. 3. I called Mr Chauhan, manager Wagholi service station but his response was very negative and called the GM Mr Manoj who did not even pick up the call and blocked my number. Is this the way you treat your customers? 4. I request you to kindly return my car and give necessary directions to the Manager and GM to be civilized .
