Honda — Warranty issue in newly purchased car | |||
Dear sir, I have purchased the honda WRV Car on 17.03.2019 (regs no OD17Q5318) & the car is under warranty upto 16.03.2022. After running 11000 km brake pad got vanished & during the 1st service at Central honda sambalpur they have replaced it with new one under warranty & later on again after running another 14000 km again the braker pad got vanished & central honda sambalpur is saying that drum, dish & breake pad need to replaced since all three items are scratched.i request them to replace all the item under warranty but they are saying that movable parts like drum, dish & braker pad cannot be replaced under warranty.but I told them earlier I got the brake pad replaced under warranty & they are saying that we don't how it happened.therefore I request you to kindly look in to the matter & do the needful. Also the behaviour & respond of the staffs are unusual & they are arguing with the customer unessarily. Was this information helpful? | |||
