Due to faulty workmanship during my car repair in Feb2024, Viva Honda Chandivali service center damaged my car's left side front door paint from inside and that eventually resulted into rusting. My car is not even 1 year old.
My car registration number: 23BH2780J
Even after knowing its their fault and car being under warranty, the dealer service center is not providing support for rusted part replacement. Instead to cover up, they are trying to take my car for patch work outside without my consent.
My vehicle is held with Viva Honda Chandivali service center for last 10 days (since 09/Sep/2024) and they are not willing to provide any support with the reported issue.
Their Service manager Mr. Suresh Pawar and Mr. Nandu Pote do not accept any calls. Their escalation Mr. Mahesh Sawant keeps calling me for physical visits and CRM Kavita Kanojiya is asking me back for the details of coverage of standard warranty. This is customer harassment.
Honda One-to-one helpline also does nothing, but sends me back to the service center.
I am really stressed and being skeptical if this dealer/service center really care for Honda cars' promises on quality and consumer support.
