We booked for service today i.e.1st December 9.30 am car drop. But as we were not able to come with car at scheduled time, at 9.47am we called your number [protected]. Your executive who picked up the car rescheduled for 4pm today ( the car to be serviced next day). She also confirmed that she will inform reception accordingly.At 3.12 pm we got call from your reception ( number[protected] to confirm that we are dropping the car at 4pm.
We reached your service center at scheduled time 4pm. We were kept waiting for 30 minutes. And when we enquired at reception as to how much more time it will take, she said it will take time. Than in front o[censored]s she told a service advisor that this guy had appointment at 9.30 am and he is coming at 4pm. I told her that my appointment was rescheduled at 4pm, she replied that she is not aware.I told her that when you people don't have time than why you people schedule a appointment ??My experience with Hallmark Honda is that whenever I have visited you to drop the car, every time, I need to wait for 30min to 1 Hour. Same waiting is there when we come back to pick the car,
In this service industry how long you people treat your customer like this??
