Poor service, 10 days no internet, after 10 days they said in a terrace cable is broken and 500 rs charge for new cable. I had loss 10 days i am said 500 will paid tomorrow in a office then immediate after 5 min. Disconnected even i paid monthly fees and loss my 10 days. I am asking where is broken wire, service man said so many parts of broken so i could not show.
1. 10 days could not carry forward. It means loss of my 10 days paid fees.
2. Cable broken demand 500 rs immediate after 10 days.
3. After 10 days serviceman put new cable but now shown old cable.
4.net is now connected. Then demanded 500 rs immediate for cable without receipt.
5. I am told my mothly fees already paid. Tomorrow in a office i am giving 500rs for cable charge. Service man or engineer said instant now i am disconnected even u paid monthly fees. Poor poor poor. My 10 days loss is not matter. My mothly fess paid is not matter. Was this information helpful? |
