Honesty Net Solutions — Cable net not working since long time even customer care does not answer the call

My net is not working since long time. It works one day n next say the same problem exits of net not working. I have to work work from home so that time i need the net to my laptop but the net nevee works n mostly their issue comes on every Saturday because the next is Sunday hence so service from them. They never ans the calls. Ask them to start service on Sunday also and also start my net
