Honesty Net Solutions — internet connection down since last 23 months | |||
With due respect, i am writing this letter to inform you that the internet connection is down from the last few months. I have made several calls on your number but no one is able to solved problem always i get a answer that fiber is cut we are working on it. As you know we are into clinic and most of our work is done online and for that, i need a proper internet connection throughout the day. This is not a professional way to run a business. (2 weeks back your person came he repaired n the other second day again it started giving same problem). Your person prathamesh sent your tech he did job very well but i think he resigned n now that samarth toh never picks a call n even nandu do same i called evrytime even from powai i had visited to your ofc thrice but your customer care never reach evn by 11.30 my work is suffering a lot You need a proper customer service department. I always pay my dues within time and still, i have to face such issues. It would be highly appreciated if you respond you my complaint as soon as possible else give me refund this is now high time. Do one thing dont repaired it just give me refund so could able to go for other better internet connection. Was this information helpful? | |||
