Products never got delivered stating it has been returned from us whereas i never got any call from delivery team before delivery of goods... Plus customer care team is so incompetent that they can't even arrange the delivery of products within 2 days as the fault is from there end, instead they were asking me to wait for another 2 weeks, very bad delivery and customer services. Need to return my products ..but no response...what is the procedure to return...Through my hopscotch App i cannot open my return page...my order no is [protected]... girls dress...size is small...odrered on October month...its delivered by hopscotch company only on December 5th.so please arrange me to pickup ...
