        My wrong product was pickedup at 7dec dec after agreeing to refund but they blocked my account and refused to refund even after accepting on call to refund.

          On the date of product received and after unboxing, i found wrong different baby dress so i immediately call to customer care but they told me to send images on emailid after that process and waited for 3 days i recall them and told them that no one has came to recieve product yet so they told me that this is non-hopscotch product so no return will happen, then i told him that i want to talk with senior person then they told me to wait 1 hour but then after also no call came so i again call them and told whole issue, so their customer care is calling me fraud, he is telling me that all your multiple account are on investigation and our team will work in it and will call you on monday and blah blah … Its totally scam by giving false reason, first they send wrong product now they decline to send money, why will customer care will accept wrong product, they are telling they have cctv footage, if yes send me on my mail id, i want my refund take this as legal notice or else i will file FIR about delivery boy and your app too

              Without any prior notice or warning, Hopscotch deactivated my account. Once I raised the query to their customer care, they mentioned that I returned wrong product...

              I have not placed any order for the last two months..So how can I sent wrong product after two month...

              Didn't provide right information you are making false allegations on me. U can send me product picture...first I confirm whether i mistake it or not...Because I don't know which product I sent you wrong... because I unable to open my account...If I have sent you the wrong product, I will check and let you know and if I have the product, I will send it to you.

              The delivery boy first checked the product and then took it. you are making false allegations. You also investigate and check delivery and pick up boy also...I have not sent any such order wrongly I have a lot of balance in my Hopscotch wallet. I want back...

                I ordered boys orange shirt from hopscotch, order number[protected], price Rs 659, order date 12/09/23, delivery date 18/09/23, but hopscotch delivered the wrong product, but hopscotch tried to approve the refund. After suspending my refund, which hopscotch did very badly with me It was a big fraud, I have lodged a complaint with National Consumer Grievance whose complaint number is 4948951 and I am sending a legal notice from the District Consumer Court. Hopscotch has committed a big fraud.

                  Without providing the answers for my questions. What basis you have closed my case?

                  Again I'm raising here,

                  Is there any limitation for returning the order? Is it mentioned or shown on the website for customer to see before ordering?

                  If not, what basis you have suspended our account?

                  If you are not a cheating company, answer for my above question here. Don't simply say that resolved the issues via email.

                    As of today my account is not activated. But in my previous complaint, they replied that its activated.

                    Really this company is playing with consumer rights and deliberately violating the service providing manners.

                      Without any prior notice or warning, Hopscotch deactivated my account. Once I raised the query to their customer care, they mentioned that no. of return is high from my account.

                      However, there is no rule or advisory on the website for the maximum number of returns allowed. Without declaring any restrictions or warning message provided, how customers be aware of the restrictions?

                      On what basis, they can deactivate the account without prior notice/warning? Isn't a breach of consumer rights?

                      So far they haven't been able to answer the question which I have raised. There is no warning or rule in the T&C for no. of returns limitations. Simply they are trying to act as dumb and activating my account.

                          I had Ordered Shoes for my kids 3years and 9years old in HopScotch. I was at office and my mom had collected one of the package from the delivery boy. When i had returned from office and found the box was empty. I immediately registered a complaint with HopScotch CaseId[protected]:Order Delivery : I haven't received following item(s[protected]. After explaining the situation there were no support from the customer care. Instead they were doubting on me. This was my worst experience i have ever faced with any of the online merchants. I was already upset because the product was missing and i have my kid's birthday in the coming week. On top of that HopScotch had treated me has thief. is this how you value the customers

                              I ordered my order and the total amount was showing 842 rupees but when our order arrived he told us to give 1662 rupees and when we told him and showed him that it's just 842 rupees he showed us the parcel on which the amount was written 1662 rupees and said maybe they have given a wrong parcel and said he can't do anything and has to cancel it. But we still want that order. Helppppp!

                                I have placed an order on 27th of April. My expected delivery date was on 29th of April. However I have just received an sms stating that my order has been delivered but I have not received my product yet. I have already done the payment (prepaid payment).                                         Placed an order on 10th Nov for a birthday event. Though it was picked up by courier partner on 11th it was not delivered on 26th Nov. As the product was substandard, I placed a return request on same day. But it was not picked for next couple of days. I called customer care on 28th Nov as well as 30th Nov. Each time I have been told they will reassign the courier partner but nothing happened. On 3rd Nov, I called the customer service again and this time too was getting the same response. I asked him to check previous records on whether the courier partner was reassigned for which he said he will not be able to see it. From this you can understand these guys are running a scam. Now I dont think like I will get the refund. Better alert your family and friends to avoid them at any cost. I have already alerted my community (more than 700 families) about this incident. Protect people from such pathetic business people who doesn't even know that they are living a pathetic life by sucking out the hard earned money of others.
