Didn't receive refund, even after returning

Without any prior notice or warning, Hopscotch deactivated my account. Once I raised the query to their customer care, they mentioned that I returned wrong product...

I have not placed any order for the last two months..So how can I sent wrong product after two month...

Didn't provide right information you are making false allegations on me. U can send me product picture...first I confirm whether i mistake it...

Wrong product delivery

Cheating & Misleading the consumers

Without providing the answers for my questions. What basis you have closed my case?

Is there any limitation for returning the order? Is it mentioned or shown on the website for customer to see before ordering?

If not, what basis you have suspended our account?

Account Deactivation - Cheating

As of today my account is not activated. But in my previous complaint, they replied that its activated.

Really this company is playing with consumer rights and deliberately violating the service providing manners....

Account Deactivation

Without any prior notice or warning, Hopscotch deactivated my account. Once I raised the query to their customer care, they mentioned that no. of return is high from my account.

However, there is no rule or advisory on the website for the maximum number of returns allowed. Without declaring any restrictions or warning message provided, how customers be aware of the restrictions?

On what basis, they can deactivate...

Deactivate my account without informing me

I am regular customer of hopscotch with I'd [protected]@yahoo.com...since two days conpany deactivate my account without informing me...a huge amount deposited in hopscotch wallet... without returning my amount company deactivated my account...I want my money back...I have received 2 no of product...and want to raise return request...but due to deactivation of account...I am helpless... please help me....
