Without any prior notice or warning, Hopscotch deactivated my account. Once I raised the query to their customer care, they mentioned that I returned wrong product...
I have not placed any order for the last two months..So how can I sent wrong product after two month...
Didn't provide right information you are making false allegations on me. U can send me product picture...first I confirm whether i mistake it or not...Because I don't know which product I sent you wrong... because I unable to open my account...If I have sent you the wrong product, I will check and let you know and if I have the product, I will send it to you.
The delivery boy first checked the product and then took it. you are making false allegations. You also investigate and check delivery and pick up boy also...I have not sent any such order wrongly I have a lot of balance in my Hopscotch wallet. I want back... Was this information helpful? |
