Hopscotch.in — items are too big

I have ordered 4 items in the last 1 month from the hopscotch website and out of those 3 are bigger in size than i ordered.
It would have been great if you could just send me a smaller size the next day or within 2 days of collecting my packages, but it only initiates a refund.
Also, i want a proper cash refund since i paid cash on delivery. The website directs me to get a bank transfer or add to my hopscotch account which i don’t want.

Sir I had returned my order no.[protected] red printed prince and princess animal print sweater, and requested for credited in my bank account I had given every details but the amount is credited in hopscotch account, so kindly sir please credited in my bank account...previous I had ordered
