Hopscotch.in — OFD Applied

Respected sir / mam,
My awb no is [[protected]]
And my order was shipped on 7th may,
i didn't receive any call and also the shipment was not brought to my address it has been 2 days that my order is in ofd lock.. From last 2 days they are just telling me that my problem will be resolved in 24 hours but no action has been taken yet.
