Hopscotch.in — order not getting delivered on time

Dear team,
Order no [protected] was placed on 20th june, and got refund on 7th july, reason was provided by you we are unable to deliver my order on time.
Order no [protected] placed on 7th july, deliver date was showing 30th july, when i'm checking it it's showing 2-3 more weeks, why?
This is to request kindly get it delivered it on time.
